Hard at work at Cedar Creek!

Our Theta Chapter Kappas are back to volunteer this week at Cedar Creek! Our local philanthropy just ten minutes down the road loves to see our women from week to week, even though this spring has had a cold start. We do everything from cleaning the barn and keeping up the trail to side-walking with some of the amazing participants that come to Cedar Creek. Volunteer shifts are two hours long, and we're always willing to help out where we are needed. The most recent volunteers revamped the wooded trail with fresh mulch so it was ready for the riders, which include children and adults with mental and physical disabilities. The Cedar Creek Therapeutic Riding Center is not only amazingly beneficial to the riders, but we're always so happy to volunteer and interact with the staff and participants!

Alyssa F. and Kelsey C. weren't afraid to get their hands dirty!
They helped clean up the riding trail at Cedar Creek.
