Kappa Royalities

Homecoming Royalty has become a tradition in and of itself within Mizzou's Homecoming. This year the competition started out with over 100 applicants. After a series of interviews, the remaining contestants decreased to the top 15 men and 15 women and then down to the top 5 women and top 5 men who are considered in becoming Mizzou's next royalty couple. This year two-fifths of the remaining women's royalty contestants are Kappas!

Sarah B. is one of the contestants representing Kappa. Sarah has been involved in the R.A.M.S. SteerCo Committee, president of Kappa Kappa Gamma, Sigma Rho Sigma Treasurer, and was a Pi Chi in August of 2010. After graduation Sarah plans on working on her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Ashley D. is the second woman representing Kappa in the final rounds of Mizzou's Royalty competition. Ashley is a biochemistry and nutritional sciences major. She is a cheerleader, one of Mizzou's Top 14 Freshmen in 2009, part of the R.A.M.S steering committee, a Summer Welcome Leader, MedZou Volunteer, and on the Women's Leadership Conference Committee.
